We care about your privacy

We want you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose Personal Information. This “Privacy Policy” governs your use of GR8tables, restaurant (hereinafter referred to “merchant partner) and any of its affiliates’ owned or operated websites (including mobile sites), mobile applications, widgets and/or any interactive features or other online Solutions that post a link to GR8tables or it’s merchant partner you are registering with (hereinafter both referred to “Solution”), regardless of how you access or use the Solutions, whether through a personal computer, mobile device, tablet or otherwise.

In addition to reviewing this Privacy Policy, please review our Terms and Conditions of Solution User Agreement which governs the use of the Solution. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of Solution, you are prohibited from using GR8tables Solutions. If you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Solution User Agreement and subsequently violate the terms of the Agreement, your use of the Solution will be terminated. By using our Solution, you consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Solution User Agreement and our collection, use and sharing of your information and data, and other activities, as described below.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to alter the Privacy Policy. When changes are made, we will provide notice to our users.

Information Collection Practices

Our app collects data to provide a seamless and personalized user experience. This includes user profile information, user interactions within the app, and other relevant metrics to enhance functionality. The data is collected through forms, user actions, and background processes.

We collect information

Registering with the Solution, requires you to provide (1) certain personally identifiable which is information that identifies you personally, including but not limited to your first and last name, email address, home address, date of birth and phone number (“Personal Information”); and (2) demographic information, such as information about your age, gender, location and spending habits (“Demographic Information”). We may collect this information in various places and in multiple ways on the Solution, including if you complete any form on the Solution, register for an account, or when you otherwise interact with the Solution in any way. All information gathered from you will be treated both independently and in combination with other data as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy. All Personal Information collected by GR8tables and its merchant partner or affiliates is proprietary information, and is the property of GR8tables AND the merchant partner you chose to register with. The information we gather, including your Personal Information, Demographic Information or Usage Information may be used for various purposes, including:

• To send you promotional or marketing materials on behalf of GR8tables, merchant partner or third parties to inform you of new products, solutions, sweepstakes, online contests, promotional initiatives and/or upcoming events;
• Processing transactions including notifications, links and emails or to provide you with status updates and potential offers;
• To provide customer support and other business purposes at our discretion;
• To improve the Solution including marketing initiatives and Solution features and offerings including identifying your preferences to inform you of additional products, Solutions or marketing initiatives;
• To customize your experience on the Solution or to display specific content or ads that may be relevant to you;
• To contact you with regard to your use of the Solution;
• To communicate, at our sole discretion changes to the Solution and/or Solution’s policies; and

For purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy:

• We use various Tracking Technologies for multiple initiatives which allow you to use and access our Solution to enhance security or allow us to deliver Solution functionality. Tracking Technologies include without limitation, the following in addition to any technology and methods later developed: cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, browser fingerprinting, e-tags, and/or entity tags.
• We use Tracking Technologies to prevent fraudulent activity and assess performance both inside the Solution and outside which help us improve the Solution and content we create and display by monitoring when you visit our Solution and tracking your preferences to deliver content, including ads, relevant to your interests on our Solution and third-party sites based on how you respond to content and ads. Tracking Technologies helps understand the relevance of content to you and ads delivered to you to enhance your experience.
• Tracking Technologies in addition to the above may be used by us in connection with the Solution both now and in the future. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to third parties who may use Tracking Technologies in connection with our Solution, which may include collecting information about your browsing activities across third-party web sites. We may not control those Tracking Technologies and we are not responsible for them. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy you consent to potentially encountering third-party Tracking Technologies in connection with use of our Solution and accept that our statements under this Privacy Policy do not apply to the Tracking Technologies or practices of such third parties. There may exist other mechanisms to track and interpret your online activities, choices and preferences by collecting information. We do not currently monitor or take any action with regard to any third party technologies or monitoring including technologies that collect information over time from various sources to interpret and predict consumer behaviour and choices.

Information about you

The Solution may use location-based technologies in order to:

• Locate your position so that we may verify your location, deliver you relevant content based on your location, and share your location with the pre-registered delivery and Restaurant Solution providers as part of the location-based Solutions we offer.
• Receive information about you from our affiliates, from any other users of the Solution, or from any other third parties that may provide us information we deem relevant to your use of the Solution. GR8tables may at its sole discretion collect and use this information as Personal Information.

Security

Your Personal Information and privacy is important to us. We use reasonable best practices and safeguards to ensure data privacy but information you provide is at your own risk. In addition, any transmission over the Internet, mobile networks, wireless transmission or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We may include functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions between the Solution and your account on a third-party web site or application; for example interaction with the Restaurant’s website. The use of this functionality may involve the third-party operator providing certain information, including Personal Information, to us. For example, we may provide third-party sites’ interfaces or links on the Solution to facilitate your sending a communication from the Solution. GR8tables may at its sole discretion collect and use this information as Personal Information.

We do not share the Personal Information that we collect with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We may share non-Personal Information, such as general usage behaviours and insights with third parties. We may share the information we have collected about you, including Personal Information, as disclosed at the time you provide your information and as described below or otherwise in this Privacy Policy. The Solution may disclose your information as follows:

• The Solution may present you with options to receive certain information and/or offers directly from third parties. If you choose to do so, your Personal Information and other information may be disclosed to such third parties and all information you disclose will be subject to the third party privacy policies and practices of such third parties. We do not monitor and cannot be responsible for the privacy policies of third parties and, therefore, you should ensure to review such third party privacy policies and practices prior to requesting information from or otherwise engaging with them. Third-party providers may set and access their own technologies on your Device and they may otherwise collect or have access to information about you. We are not responsible for those third party technologies, including compliance with any third parties’ opt-out options.
• If subpoenaed by law enforcement, we may disclose Personal and Usage Information.
• We may use third-party vendors and allow access to your information to carry out the Solutions they are performing for you or for us, such as: (i) hosting the Solution; (ii) to assist us with operations; (iii) to manage a database of customer information; (iv) tracking activities and analytics within the Solution; (v) other Solutions designed to improve the Solution.
• We may share your Personal Information, including your Device Identifiers, Demographic and Usage Information with our subsidiaries and affiliates. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all information: (i) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the Solution or applicable database; or (ii) in connection with a merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of our interests and/or assets or other corporate change, including, during the course of any due diligence process.
• We may offer contests, sweepstakes and other promotions (any, a “Promotion”) through the Solution that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to official rules for that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, allowing the sponsor of the Promotion to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. If you choose to enter a Promotion, Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such Promotion, including, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the Promotion’s official rules, such as on a winners list.

Information User Discloses

The Solution may contain a community forum and message board where users are able to create user profiles, reviews, comments, photographs, ideas, data, or other content, including Personal Information (collectively, “Content”). All Content once posted immediately becomes the property of GR8tables AND merchant partner. The Solution may display, publish, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use Content online or offline in any media or format without attributing it directly to you. Other Users may have access to this Content and may have the ability to share it. Please consider this prior to posting any Personal Information in a public forum. We are not responsible for the accuracy, use or misuse of any User Content that you disclose or receive from third parties through the Solution and our Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that you disclose publicly through our Solution.

User Information and Communications

You are responsible for maintaining the truthfulness and accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as the contact information provided as part of registration. The Solution will disable a user’s account if the information provided is determined to be false or no longer current.

Data Retention

We retain the personal information provided by users for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws or regulations. After this period, the personal data will be deleted. 

User Rights Regarding Personal Information

Users have the right to access, correct, update, or delete their personal information. To exercise these rights, users can reach out to us through our contact details provided in the ‘Contact Us’ section.

Request for Data Deletion

To request the deletion of personal data, Users can send an email to [email protected]. The Company commits to promptly removing any data related to the end-consumer within 24-72 hours upon receiving such a request, unless such information is required to be preserved for compliance with applicable law.

Data Collection from Minors

We do not intentionally collect data from individuals under the age of majority. If we become aware of such data collection, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
